Salary will be based on a percentage of collections so it is all dependent on how many patients you are able to treat in a day. There will be no pressure to treat patients faster than you are comfortable.

Some working experience is highly preferred, but we are open to hiring a new graduate if the fit is right.
Petersen Endodontics is a privately owned practice in Scottsdale Arizona. Dr. Petersen bought the practice in 2016, but it was originally established in the 1990's. We focus on quality work and treating our patients the way we would want to be treated. Our office environment is also a primary focus. Happy employees makes for an enjoyable work environment and satisfied patients. We just expanded our office and are ready to add another provider! Ideally we are hoping to hire someone with a few years of experience but are open to meeting with new grads as well. We use TDO as our practice management software. We utilize Caresteam x-ray sensors and the Carestream 8100 3D CBCT machine and will be adding a J. Morita CBCT very soon. We use ASI carts, GentleWave, and a laser (J. Morita). We have Global, Zeiss and Labomed microscopes.
