Job Overview Alpine Endodontics has over 17 years experience in the community. We have a very strong and loyal referral base of over 100 dental offices, and counting. Last April we finished construction and moved into a new office building that includes 5 operatories with the latest equipment-including a new CBCT and microscopes in each operatory. We currently have 2 endodontists and are looking to add another full time endodontist. We have an amazing team of highly trained support staff that love their job and have a great attitude. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for the right candidate that wants to grow with us. Our focus is centered on providing consistent clinical excellence and superb customer service with a personal touch. We communicate regularly with referring dentists and have a great relationship with all the offices that refer to us. We are continuing to expand our referral base and are seeing sustained growth each month.
We are offering a $10,000 sign on bonus if you start working for us before labor day this year.
Pay starts at 40% of collections. Then based on your collections it will increase to 42.5%, then 45% then 47.5% and 50%.
Profit sharing is based on collections as you hit and bypass certain collection benchmarks. We will discuss and go over details of how the profit sharing works before you start working with us.
Annual pay = $250,000 - $500,000 per year
We are looking for someone to join us full time long term.
This opening is available now, we will consider new graduates from a residency.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
Alpine Endodontics has been in business since 2009 in Spanish Fork Utah. Founded by Dr. Ryan Van Moorlehem, BU endo 2007. Alpine Endodontics is a growing practice and has a loyal referral base of over 100 offices and counting.
