This position will be responsible for leading and managing the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of all human resources functions at the cooperative.
Lead the administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate employee records, reporting, and HR documentation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
Serve as point of contact for employee relations matters and HR-related inquiries
Serve as Benefits Administrator for the cooperative and point of contact for NRECA for all benefit and retirement processes and compliance requirements.
Oversee annual benefits renewal process, including analysis and plan recommendations
Manage annual employee benefit renewal process
Reconcile monthly benefit statements and schedule for payment
Lead the performance management process, including preparing materials, coordinating reviews, and ensuring completion of documentation
Manage full-cycle hiring process, including recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, compensation analysis, and offer preparation.
Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees
Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary analysis to support annual salary reviews
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of HR-related inputs
Administer employee and director deferred compensation plans
Coordinate and plan ETEC corporate events
Collaborate with marketing consultant to support event planning efforts, including speaker coordination and development of materials for external distribution
Manage FR clothing employee program
Develop employee programs to support well-being and positive workplace culture
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources required
Experience as a standalone HR professional or in a generalist/manager role preferred
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
