Labcorp is seeking a Lab Supervisor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00am - 7:30pm, with flexibility to support other shifts, weekends as needed (Some Overtime is required) Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise employees; maintain employee work/vacation schedules, provide flexibility when possible, facilitate resolution of conflicts, evaluate and manage employee performance for speed, accuracy, and quality, communicate expectations and goals, provide timely continued feedback and coaching throughout evaluation period, disciplinary actions and/or improvement plans, perform annual appraisals and reviews, submit separation memos and other staffing documentation as needed.E
