We’re hiring tradespeople (carpenters, framers, finishers, etc.) who can:
Work independently and as part of a team
Follow blueprints and spec sheets accurately
Meet production goals without sacrificing quality
Problem-solve in the field without hand-holding
Show up ready to work every single day

Need constant supervision
Are “just here for a paycheck”
Can’t handle fast-paced, high-standard work
Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Bonuses for speed + quality. Schedule: Full-time. Overtime available on some jobs. Location: Albuquerque-based projects, mostly local.
