We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide executive clinical leadership and strategic oversight for the hospital. This role partners closely with senior leadership and the medical staff to drive high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care while advancing service line growth and operational performance.

The CMO oversees Quality Management, patient safety, patient experience, and the Medical Staff Office, while fostering strong physician engagement and collaboration. Serving as a key advisor to the President of the Medical Staff, department chairs, and hospital leadership, the CMO helps establish policies and ensures clinical services align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hospital leaders, department directors, and physicians to maintain exceptional standards of care and service

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical performance and ensure compliance with TJC, HIPAA, and other accreditation requirements

• Advance initiatives focused on patient access, satisfaction, provider engagement, clinical outcomes, and process improvement

• Identify and evaluate high-performing physicians and groups to strengthen the provider network

• Contribute to strategic and business planning, including growth initiatives, partnerships, and resource allocation
