The Petroleum Engineering Department (CCoE) at the University of Houston (UH) is accepting applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level starting the 2026 academic year. We are seeking an outstanding faculty candidate with superior skills for pioneering research and effective teaching. We invite candidates specializing in research and teaching fundamentals focused on fluid flow and phase behavior with applications to subsurface energy related processes. We seek an individual with outstanding laboratory research experience and a demonstrated scholarship record.

Qualifications
A PhD in petroleum engineering or a related discipline is required.
