Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a Pulmonology and Critical Care (Pulm/CC) Physician to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven, physician-led group focused on clinical excellence and community impact.
Opportunity Highlights
Full-time position blending outpatient pulmonology and ICU critical care
Treat a wide range of pulmonary conditions including COPD, ILD, and sleep disorders
Work alongside a team of dedicated pulmonologists

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $415-450k annually
Productivity-based bonus potential
Sign-on Bonus up to 40k

Job Requirements
MD or DO
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
