The Opportunity:
As a Program Coordinator, you will support the mission of the College of Education, by responding to student, faculty and staff general inquiries regarding field services and certification; assisting in the maintenance of complex records and the creation of various documents; working cooperatively with Director of Field Services and Certification to provide program support associated with multi-campus, state-wide practicum placement; assisting in the completion of background clearances required for placement/employment in Washington public schools.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary:
$3,665.00 to $4,882.00 | Range 41 (Steps A-M) | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
Two (2) years of experience in records management or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven organizational skills in a diverse environment.
