Critical Access Hospital
Reports to the VP of Operations
Provides oversight of all Human Resource functions, including recruitment, retention, employee benefits, workforce growth and development, policy development, employee relations, and personnel information management
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Develops and implements HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals and promote a positive work environment
Partners with department leaders to address workforce planning, performance improvement, and employee engagement initiatives
Oversees employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and consistency
Drives initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
Utilizes HRIS systems to maintain accurate records, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making
