To be successful in this role you must bring:

• Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• A graduate degree is preferred, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a strong background in transportation planning, including transit, parking, bicycle, pedestrian, and vehicle mobility.
• Ability to formulate and manage the implementation of policies and manage a variety of stakeholders, prior experience managing long-range planning projects for a university and the confidence to tackle difficult issues and resolve competing interests are a must.
• Familiarity with regional transportation systems and agencies is essential and required.
• Must possess excellent communication, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Must be adept at working collaboratively across various university departments, consultants, and stakeholders, and capable of building consensus in a decentralized environment.
• Must have demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate constituencies which could span multiple organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting.
• Must be a proactive self-starter with proven leadership and team coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required; familiarity with presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint or Photoshop is a plus.

Pay Range:

The expected pay range for this position is $181,914 to $231,158 per annum.
