A nationally recognized, physician-led organization is seeking an OB/GYN to join a well-established women?s health practice in Southern Idaho. This is a rare opportunity to maintain full-scope practice while enjoying exceptional income, true call relief, and the stability of a hospital-supported model without the red tape of large systems.
Compensation:
$430K guaranteed base salary with productivity bonuses
$100K Signing Bonus, $20K Relocation Assistance
Residency Stipend + Student Loan Repayment

Position Details:
50/50 Full scope OBGYN
4 days per week with flexibility based on physician preference
Minimal call - midwives and nursing staff take first call; physician serves as emergency backup only
Brand new Da Vinci XI robotic system with accommodating OR block time
Anesthesia available 24/7
