DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Senior Genetic Counselor, the Genetic Counseling Assistant is responsible for facilitating the care of genetics patients seen in various Clinics at UCLA Health including ATLAS Clinic. They are an integral part of the Genetics team and contribute to the management of diverse aspects of the service, including the coordination of care for patients, optimization of clinic and operational workflows, and working collaboratively with the team to create a patient-centered and administratively effective environment.
