Job Summary
Assist Ophthalmologist/Optometrist in screening, diagnosing and treating patients with eye disorders.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees: - Diploma / GED - Associates of Science in Ophthalmology (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications: - Certified Ophthalmic Assistant: Joint Commission on Applied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (Preferred) - Basic Life Support: from an American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross approved program
Work Experience: - One (1) Year Work Experience: Ophthalmology/Optometry setting (preferred)
Communication Skills: - Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
Language: - Bilingual Skills: Spanish or Vietnamese (Preferred)
Proficiencies: - Personal Computer
