Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, is seeking an energetic and motivated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Family Medicine Physician Associate (PA) to join our collegial practice in Watsonville, CA. We are a diverse multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. What We Offer:

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000, DOE + uncapped productivity incentives

• A valid and unrestricted NP or PA license to practice in the State of California
• Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
• Completion of state mandated educational courses
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred
