A top-tier physician-led hospital in Montana is seeking a BE/BC Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join its established team!

The Opportunity:
~80% are cardiac anesthesia cases with a mix of some general anesthesia cases (no OB or peds cases)
150-200 cardiothoracic and vascular cases yearly, but will increase this year due to the recent recruitment of a full-time CT surgeon
7 days on and 7 days off schedule with cardiac call only
Up to $550,000 guaranteed base salary
Up to $60,000 onboarding package - sign-on bonus and relocation
Comprehensive benefits package: health, vision, dental, 401(k) with employer match, malpractice with tail, and CME allowance
