Airport Deputy Chief Officer - Security   Purpose:  Under nominal direction of an Airport Chief Officer, this position is responsible for developing, planning, and coordinating work activities of multiple functional areas of the airport.   Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:  Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned. Supports the Airport Chief Officer in leading and managing programs, functions, and initiatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Develops and implements short- and long-range strategies, objectives, policies, and priorities.
