Cal Poly Humboldt is searching for a Head Men's/Women's Cross Country Coach to lead our DII program located in Arcata, California.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• An earned BA/BS degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university is required at time of appointment. 
• Minimum of 3 years of college or high school track and field, or cross country coaching experience
• Experience running clinics and camps
• Experience recruiting student-athletes
• Experience coordinating travel arrangements
• Experience with Public Relations, including but not limited to public speaking/appearances
• Experience fundraising
• Experience maintaining a departmental budget
• Experience with computers

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years or more of college or high school track and field, or cross country coaching experience
• Experience with California/West Coast recruiting
