Premier Periodontics (https://premierperiodontics.com/) is seeking an experienced, referral-driven Periodontist to lead our Olympia, WA location, a thriving specialty practice producing $3.2M+ annually with one of the strongest teams and cultures in the region.

This is a rare transition opportunity with a respected provider committed to a smooth 9-month handoff before relocating outside the market. The incoming doctor will step into an established referral network, strong surgical volume, and eventually become the sole provider in the practice.

Who You Are:
• 7+ years of clinical experience in a true referral-based perio practice
• Strong surgical skillset (implants, grafting, complex perio, laser)
• Growth-minded and relationship-driven with referring doctors
• Comfortable operating independently in a high-performance specialty environment
• Experience with Straumann systems preferred, not required
