Assistant/Associate Director of Advancement Position Summary: The primary goal of the Assistant/Associate Director of Advancement is to cultivate and steward constituent relationships, including leading the Annual Fund and supporting the Capital Campaign. The focus of this role is primarily in the areas of annual fundraising, Alumni relations, to maintain The Fay School’s donor database, and to offer event support.
