Leasing Manager - San Antonio, TX Job Summary: This role's primary focus is to meet and exceed the leasing and occupancy goals of the assigned community by interacting with incoming prospects and matching their needs to the perfect home. Additionally, this position supports the leasing team members in their leasing efforts and skill set while analyzing the market needs for strong leasing performance. Duties/Responsibilities: Actively recruit prospective residents, manage rental transactions, and ensure a smooth leasing process. Develop and implement marketing strategies, including lease specials and pricing adjustments based on market surveys, to maintain competitive positioning in the marketplace.
