Registered Dental AssistantPrimary Purpose:Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director and the Director of the PHCC, assists faculty in all clinical aspects of patient care and treatment.Essential Functions: Perform chairside duties to include four-handed dentistry. Clean, sanitize, and maintain dental operatories; maintain proper sterilization of instruments and materials. Provide post-treatment instruction and materials to patients; escort patients to and from treatment rooms. Take radiograph images. Pour diagnostic models and perform minor laboratory procedures.
