DescriptionReporting directly to the Practice Manager, provide direct support to patients and work independently in assigned location of Westwood. Position may support various Head & Neck Clinic locations from assigned location including Santa Clarita, Westwood, Santa Monica, Thousand Oaks, Torrance, and others. Major duties include but are not limited to: acting as a liaison for the patients by assisting them in accessing service within the health system, facilitating communication with referring physicians, obtaining authorizations, scheduling surgeries, referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up; providing support to the patient to ensure an excellent patient experience.
