Position Summary This position is responsible for assisting the Administrative department in developing and implementing process improvement and training. This role coordinates and oversees a system of support for nufactor Operations, Pharmacy and Customer Service; and provides overall coordination and support for all nufactor management and staff.   Essential Functions and Duties Ensures that problems and solutions are documented and will be expected to recommend preventive measures or problem-solving processes to implement that can become best practice for administrative department.   Continuously strive to improve processes, service quality to internal and external customers.
