Located in Southern California, a growing University of California program is seeking to hire a BE/BC Pediatric Hospitalist to join their growing team.
Enjoy a competitive base salary and flexible schedule with 12- or 24-hour shifts as you provide quality pediatric care.
The Practice:
7 24-hour shifts a month - option to do 14 12-hour shifts instead.
No at-home call.
Low patient census -2-6 patients per day.
Collaborate with 5 other pediatric hospitalists.
Case mix includes attending deliveries, ED consults, and other inpatient rounding. No PICU or NICU requirements.
Strong financial package with a competitive starting salary + production incentives.. Additional incentives include relocation support, Full health benefits package + 401K, up to 4 months of PTO, and malpractice insurance.
