This modern 25-bed critical access hospital is recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician for a role intentionally built around work-life balance, predictable hours, and long-term satisfaction-without sacrificing compensation or clinical impact.
Opportunity Highlights:
4-day workweek with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
$270,000-$340,000 base salary + $25,000 sign-on.
Eligibility for state and federal loan repayment programs.
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 6 weeks PTO, CME allowance, and 401(a).
