We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and excels in a customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding product details, order status, and service issues.
Provide accurate information on products and services, and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, promotions, and policies.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance future service delivery.
Assist in maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
