The President & Chief Executive Officer of LeadingAge California reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the organization’s activities. The President & CEO works closely with the Executive Committee and the Board on the continued development and implementation of LeadingAge California’s strategic vision and plan, and the policies and programs to advance the interests of its membership. The President & CEO works to help set the direction and priorities for LeadingAge California and leads the members and staff to achieve the specific goals and objectives needed to accomplish that strategy. The President & CEO is charged with listening to all facets of the membership and building consensus amongst the Board of Directors and members
