The OR Tech Senior provides superior patient/customer satisfaction, ensuring highest quality care and service. Responsible for assisting the surgeon and other Operating Room staff members during a variety of operative procedures. Utilizes age appropriate specific knowledge when providing care to allpatients. Demonstrates an expert level of scrubbing knowledge in all surgical services. Demonstrates ability to plan and trouble shoot various complex surgical procedures (i.e. micro-neuro surgery, trauma, open hearts, total joints, etc.) Scrubs for all procedures as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
BLS required
Minimum of one year Cardiac surgery experience required
On call Weekdays and Weekends (rotational) required
