JOB SUMMARYThe Member Services representative facilitates member satisfaction by proactively visiting with guests at the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center to ensure their needs are being met. Candidates will provide a high level of personalized attention to members through personal service, conversation and consistent level of professionalism.
