The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) implements California's Child Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) Behavioral Health (BH) Consult Program, a key element of the state's Master Plan for Kids' Mental Health. The BH Consult Program aims to advance health equity by expanding access to quality, evidence-based, and culturally responsive mental and behavioral health care for all California children and youth (ages 0-25).

Housed within the UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, the Cal-MAP Program is seeking an Executive Coordinator (EC) to join our team and support program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Satellite & Event Coordination:

• Coordinate logistics for satellite sites, conferences, and events (both virtual and in-person).
• Organize meetings, trainings, and activities, including preparing agendas, assembling materials, and tracking attendance.

Content & Communications:

• Draft and distribute email communications; maintain mailing lists and communication schedules.
• Manage the main email inbox and telephone lines, efficiently triaging and routing inquiries.

Meeting Management & Documentation:

• Schedule meetings for program leads; prepare meeting agendas and record detailed minutes.
• Track action items, edits, and follow-ups; distribute updates to stakeholders promptly.

Administrative Operations:

• Support executive office operations, including supply management and equipment maintenance.
• Design and implement systems to streamline project management and improve overall operational efficiency.
