Weekdays, Days, No call
Need assignment for a minimum of 4 months
18 - 22 patients per day, must be able to see all ages but will consider IM or FM adult only
Women's health is preferred but can be referred to GYN if needed
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
