JOB SUMMARYThe Health Information Management (HIM) Associate position is accountable for a wide variety of functions within the HIM department which include the following: completion of birth registry requirements (to include Acknowledgement of Paternity), scanning and quality control of medical record documents, release of information and record completion functions. The specific functions assigned rely on the complexity and staffing needs of the facility.WORK MODELThis medical records position is 100% onsite, not remote or hybrid.Hours are ONE of the shifts below:Sunday - Thursday 8:00a to 4:30p
