Under supervision of the Senior Pharmacy Supervisor, you will perform a range of functions that are related to medication profile review, clinical interventions, procurement of medications and transitions of care.

You will:

• Help the Senior Pharmacy Supervisor in directing the team
• Cultivate and model a collegial, professional, cooperative relationship with pharmacy staff, medical professionals, support, and administrative staff. You will:

Schedule: Varied shifts, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays.

Hourly Salary Range: $83.37 - $97.65 (Step based on years of experience)
