Manages the operations of healthcare clinic(s) or center (s) to include fiscal, human resources, and practice management operations. In partnership with the Administrative Director and Clinical Nurse Manager, supervises clinic operations for the UCSF Pediatric Primary Care, Acute Care Clinics at Mount Zion, and the Adolescent and Young Adult Clinic at Pritzker. Subordinates include staff involved with administrative operational functions. Oversight of administrative areas such as practice revenue management, billing systems and procedures, facilities and safety procedures, registration, new patient coordination, scheduling, medical records storage and maintenance, and insurance authorizations.
