The Nurse Practitioner will work in Lung Transplant & Interstitial Lung Disease.Lung DiseaseThe post-transplant Nurse Practitioner and is responsible for the care of the post-lung transplant patient population. Patient care responsibilities include evaluation and management of patients who have received a lung transplant, follow-up of post-transplant clinical testing and immuno-suppressive management and ongoing discharge teaching and clinical assessment of this population.Interstitial Lung DiseaseUnder the direction of the Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) will practice at the UCSF Lung Health Center (LHC)'s and will see patients in the ILD program (across three physical campuses, Parnassus, Mt. Zion an
