The Senior Manager of Medical Group Communications is responsible for the development and execution of communications strategies that advance the positioning of the Baylor Scott & White Medical Group (BSWMG), support change management initiatives and deepen engagement among physicians and APPs ("clinicians"). This position works closely with the SVP of Clinic Operations, SVP of Clinical Operations, and the VP of Communications, among other BSW executive leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
●Develop and execute communication strategy that elevates the image, visibility and reputation of BSW's employed medical group through proactive internal positioning. Provide counsel to BSWMG leadership teams related to all aspects of internal communications.
●Partner closely with communications and change management colleagues to drive engagement and support change adoption for key initiatives, including a medical group- wide transformation.
●Create strategic, creative and targeted communications plans to reach primarily "unplugged" stakeholders.
●Develop high-quality, multi-channel deliverables personalized to audience, tracks and measures performance data.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification (Bachelor's degree in communications or other related field preferred)
- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 10 years experience required
