Job Summary: 

Under general supervision, performs a full range of office clerical and secretarial duties to include typing, filing, receptionist, opening and distributing mail, copying documents, and others.  At this level incumbents are expected to organize, prioritize and perform work in a timely manner and within established guides, practices, and procedures.  Incumbents frequently are cross trained in other office functions and provide back-up coverage.  Incumbents apply a detailed knowledge of assigned are of responsibility and general knowledge of department functions and the larger Health System in accomplishing work assignments.

Educational Requirements:

High school graduate or GED.
2-year college is preferred

N/A

Experience:

Working in office performing clerical or secretarial functions for at least one year.

Physical Demands:

No physical limitations with walking, sitting, bending, pulling, pushing, lifting
