Duties include, but not limited to: resident support for bathing, shopping, transporting clients to medical or dental appointments or to local businesses, medication supervision, monitoring and meal service and other personal care needs. Performs administrative tasks such as documentation of resident's daily activities, coordinate care with other team providers. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and families in a respectful manner. Minimum RequirementsSix months experience providing direct care to behavioral health populations preferred.Driving Record meeting the agency standard.Education/Licenses/CertificationsHigh school graduation or GED preferredUnrestricted, valid, Washington State Drivers License with a minimum of current liability car insuranceCurrent "Healthcare Provider", AHA logo CPR and Food handler's cards will be required within 30-days of hire.Obtain Agency Affiliated Registration upon hire
