Summary of Duties:
Under the general direction of the Global Campus Director of Enrollment Management Operations, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Communications Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating comprehensive communication strategies and initiatives for student success across the WSU Global Campus. This position develops, researches, writes, and deploys complex original and ongoing content campaigns for use in Slate CRM. This position is critical to help increase enrollment, retention, engagement, and persistence to graduation. Additionally, the position will help in the communication efforts to recover students who have left the university without completing their degree.
This is a Remote/Telework position with the successful candidate performing the position duties from their home location.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing or other relevant field AND either two (2) years of professional experience in print OR broadcast news media, public relations, marketing including the use of electronic media or two (2) years of other relevant professional experience.

Fundamental knowledge of CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using CRM software to develop and measure marketing programs and campaigns that generate measurable ROI.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross functional partners to achieve strategic goals.
Experience writing direct response copy.
Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and implement them into creative marketing strategies.
Excellent writing and project management skills and attention to detail.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
