This person will have the opportunity to work with an outstanding Department of Radiology, School of Medicine faculty who are thought leaders in their fellowship-trained areas of sub-specialties. You will also experience a range of patient demographics and conditions, and work closely with a team in providing patient care using the latest equipment, software, and protocols. The position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the MRI Radiology service, duties include: productivity standards/targets, budget targets and tracking, scheduling staff, assigning staff to key workstations, payroll duties, training staff, updating protocols and policies, recruit and interview new staff, provide new employee orientation, staff performance evaluations, order supplies, act as liaison for MRI radiology customers, effectively communicate to resolve problems, enforce policies and standards of practice, coach and discipline as required. Must be able to demonstrate and apply a extensive knowledge of the principles of MRI and follow state and federal regulations. Required Qualifications Applicants are encouraged to upload license and certification if required of the position.- Possession of valid ARRT (MR)
- CPR (AHA) required.
- Extensive MRI education, training, and experience.
