San Domenico School is seeking a Web and Digital Systems Manager to join our Marketing and Communications Department. As the Web and Digital Systems Manager, you will serve a wide range of constituents and needs throughout the school as webmaster, overseeing the strategy and day-to-day management of the School’s internal- and external-facing website and affiliated systems. You will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications, collaborate with department directors, and provide support to community members on various web-based tools.
Maintain and update the School’s website and affiliated CMS for optimized UX, UI, and SEO in accordance with industry best practices
Initiate design and content changes to the School’s website and systems to best support school goals and design web pages in response to school initiatives and department requests.
Enforce San Domenico’s Style Guide, brand, format, tone, and terminology
Advise and collaborate with Directors on PPC advertising (SEM and SMM), including ad implementation and management
Generate analytics reports as needed via printable layouts and interactive dashboards
Assist all school levels and departments with communications (weekly newsletter, targeted communications, surveys, event RSVPs, and related pieces)
Maintain online faculty and staff directories and annual printed directory
Liaison to auxiliary organizations and vendors to assist with online needs including forms, volunteer signups, online auction, etc.
Assist managers with school database maintenance, upkeep, and customization
Facilitate implementation of annual online contracts and school registration forms
Manage event ticketing and registrations (Summer Camps, After School Activities, Conferences, School Productions, and other special events)
Key member of the school’s Emergency Preparedness Incident Command Team
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Website management experience
Experience using a CMS (Content Management System) in a professional environment
Experience in email/communication design and distribution (FinalSite Messages, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact)
Expertise in digital media design, creation, and archiving (e.g. photography, videography, photo/video editing, graphic design, layout design, etc. using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 5+ years experience
Proficient in Google and Facebook Ads and Analytics
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Solid management skills to oversee several projects concurrently and meet deadlines effectively
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Strong communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external constituents
Willingness and flexibility to take on and accomplish multiple varying assignments in a fast-paced environment
Experience with FinalSite
Additional Salary Information: Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus an excellent benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life/403b retirement plan and daily lunch. This position is classified as non-exempt.
