We are seeking a Programmatic Media Supervisor that is passionate about brand growth and eager to help grow a new agency model. A model that is powered by smarter insights, and puts creativity to work in advertising, and well beyond it - influencing the entire marketing ecosystem. What you'll do
â¢ Serve as the programmatic media expert in the Performance Advertising Capability
â¢ Build and grow the new capability alongside Head of Performance Advertising lead
â¢ Advise clients on optimal growth strategy and channels to invest in
â¢ Develop, execute and optimize measureable effective programmatic media plans
â¢ Identify new opportunities and provide strategy recommendations to increase effectiveness and efficiencies of media plans
â¢ Keep up with the ever-evolving technology landscape and bring fresh ideas to drive growth
â¢ Collaborate with brand and social media teams on the development and execution of omnichannel programs

â¢ Hands-on keyboard experience with programmatic media - planning and buying functions
â¢ Very fluent in prospecting, acquisition, lead gen and retargeting media campaigns and can lead and execute performance campaigns
â¢ Strong understanding of omnichannel media programs and how performance programs fit into larger media plans
â¢ Experience with program measurement and optimization and enthusiastic about new methods to measure program effectiveness and efficiencies across connected marketing landscape
â¢ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.
â¢ Strong communication and presentation skills.
â¢ Entrepreneurial spirit in driving new business and growing a new capability
â¢ Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
â¢ Minimum of 4 years professional experience at a programmatic, performance or growth agency or company.
â¢ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
