We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to join the Six Sigma team in McKesson's headquarters location in Irving/Las Colinas, Texas
*Applicants must be located in the Dallas / Fort Worth area with the ability to commute into the Irving / Las Colinas Texas McKesson headquarters office as needed
The Business Process Consultant will manage and drive process improvement within McKesson's North American Financial Shared Services
Provide business partnership to our senior executives and business unit managers including financial reviews, business case development, and strategic project identification
Manage both tactical and strategic projects throughout various areas of the business to deliver incremental revenue, cost/expense reductions, and working capital optimization
To be a change agent driving cultural change focused on the success of our business and its customers
Supports the identification and evaluation of the organization's risk areas to identify process improvement opportunities
Leads team in conducting meetings, interviews, reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing reports and project plans, completing Six Sigma projects, and coaching functional areas to meet Business Process and McKesson financial metrics
Monitors and communicates the results of process improvement projects/ initiatives to management and the Executive Leadership Team
Develops and maintains productive customer, staff, and management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
4 years relevant experience, optimally in project management, process improvement, and process design
Financial acumen - ability to calculate cost-benefit analysis and ROI and understand EBIT to identify financial savings
Exceptional business aptitude
Excellent financial analysis and P&L interpretation skills
Data analysis skills, interpretation, analysis, and evaluation of reports
Internal stakeholder customer focus

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, Workout, and DFSS

Strong project management skills
Statistical analysis skills
Technical skills to include data visualization in Power BI or Tableau
Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio)
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
Training & Certifications
Six Sigma Experience & Certifications preferred
PMP or like certification or training preferred
