The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for effectively supervising and scheduling the environmental service and laundry techs, and porters; insuring that the high standards of cleanliness and sanitation requirements are met throughout the facility.Â
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate Degree or higher in Hospitality preferred
Good skills with personal computers and with Microsoft Office and other office automation systems.
Minimum of two years housekeeping and/or laundry experience in hospital, nursing home or hotel settings.
Must have the ability to operate commercial washing machines and dryers; vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, mops and wringers, shampoo machines and extractors.
