The position develops and maintains strong professional relationships and works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Performs a wide range of complex administrative duties in support of the School of Law's Dean and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. Will provide direction and support to other administrative support staff and student employees.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Three plus years of administrative support experience.
Ability to compose highly technical correspondence including letters, reports and presentations for final review.
Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with scanning documents and working with PDF files.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to relate well to a diverse group of people while representing the Law School in a professional manner.
Strong organization skills; ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with constant interruptions.
