San Rafael High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced music teacher and director to lead the school's music program. The program includes ensembles such as a jazz band and combo, orchestra, and concert band. The jazz program, in particular, has won awards at local and regional competitions in Northern California. In addition, we also offer courses such as piano, guitar, chorus, and steel pans. There is a very active and supportive parent Boosters group that provides strong support for music at San Rafael High School. This is a unique and exceptional program that is looking for a passionate music educator with vision and energy.
