Work closely with liaisons on improving sales effectiveness
Maintain and update patient growth toolkits and resources
Support Regional Director's to implement patient growth initiatives, identify patient growth and market trends
Aids in the development and execution of annual strategic plans
Provides training and supports the liaison team on analytics (Business Objects, Salesforce, Excel)
Facilities the new liaison on-boarding process for analytics training
Develops and maintains training materials, including recorded sessions, for ongoing and enhanced analytics training
Pulls together liaison comp plan information into workbooks/documents for quarterly bonuses
Updates annual plan templates and documents
Holds quarterly Regional Director reviews to track performance versus targets to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of success
Assists the Regional Director's (RD) with monitoring liaison visit impact to help improve visit effectiveness
Works closely with the RD's to identify potential data integrity risks & highlights key cases for RD follow up
Oversees liaison performance reporting slides for monthly metric calls
Supports the New Patient Advisor Program and online referral tracking reporting/presentations
Helps in the development and execution of Liaison Spot Challenges
Identifies key areas for RD follow up as needed
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education/Training - 4-year undergraduate degree required, preferably with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing, Business / General management.
Business Experience - 7+ years healthcare-related sales, sales effectiveness, and/or marketing background
Specialized Knowledge/Skills -
Ability to develop and lead execution of cohesive, results-oriented strategy
Experience successfully leading programs and projects
Analytical mindset using fact-based decision maker with strong emphasis on data, trends, and market analytics
Deep understanding of best in class marketing and field-sales strategy, tactics and results measurement, with ability to apply these appropriately and drive growth in new patients, new referring physicians and deepen existing referring physician relationships
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinker and analytical individual who understands how to drive profitable growth
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, CRM tools
Knowledge of community oncology market preferred
Ability to self-motivate and operate autonomously
Detail oriented and accountable
Traditional office environment.
