Research Nurse II – Cancer Clinical Trials Riverside, California
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical trial research and clinical trial participation within the department. You will have further responsibility leading the research personnel, which includes quality monitoring for patient safety and protocol compliance as well as ensuring that any research undertaken within the department safeguards the well-being of the patients and is conducted within ICH Good Clinical Practice Guidelines for Research. In conjunction with the multidisciplinary team, you will facilitate the production of good quality research. In addition, you will be instrumental in implementing team objectives to enhance the performance and development of the research nurses.
