This program aims to develop an effective and cost-efficient system of delivering and managing quality, patient centered care for patients with chronic illnesses or other conditions requiring education, support, or coordination of care. Responsibilities The Project Analyst performs project management and analytical studies on a variety HME initiatives. This individual assists in the management and implementation of initiatives and programs to support department and organizational goals. This position will perform project planning, analysis, and evaluation including performing data and systems analysis.
Experience with data collection, surveys, and work-flow design
Experience with extracting, reporting and interpreting data.
Experience with quality improvement tools and practices
Experience perfoming analytics for a project or progam
Experience in marketing or related communications
Experience with IRB application processes
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher; and Outlook
Experience with EPIC and/or Electronic Health Records
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and applicable software applications.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
Experience communicating effectively with diverse populations.
Demonstrated knowedge of self-management chronic disease education and population health strategies
Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare management, or related healthcare area or equivalent experience/training.
Experience in and/or skills to become proficient in use of Visio software, Tableau, Slicer Dicer, REDCap, MindMeister, Qualtrics, Adobe Indesign CC, TeamSite, Site Improve
Experience working in a health care organization
Experience working in health education setting
Special Requirements Must be able to work occasional overtime and travel to clinics within the Greater Sacramento region. This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
